We are so excited to share this journey with you. Your adoption profile represents you to an expectant mother. It is her first impression and therefore of utmost importance.
We will design a book that is a beautiful, authentic reflection of you and your family. We will provide a PDF for you and Faithful Adoption Consultants (FAC), as well as the five books (shipping included) required by FAC.
MiaBella Adoption Profile Design works exclusively with FAC, and through that partnership, there will be a review and approval process with Courtney Lott, Owner of FAC. We will submit the PDF to Courtney on your behalf and work with her on any changes or suggestions. We will then send the PDF to you for your edits.
Things you need to know…
There will be a few things you need to think about and gather to help us create a beautiful adoption profile.
The first thing is pictures — lots of pictures. The important thing to remember is that quality pictures will make a quality book. We strongly suggest hiring a professional photographer to create some beautiful images to go along with photos you may already have on hand. We will provide a photograph checklist for you to share with your photographer and to help you make the best choices as you go through your images.
While we want your book to represent you visually, we will need to add content as well. We will send you a questionnaire to guide you in providing your text. These words will be your introduction to the expectant family. We are careful to balance just enough content with the photographs to reflect who you are and what you are all about. This book will be an expression of your personalities and the life you will provide for this little one.
